The domain name joylane.in (“Website”) and any related mobile or software applications (“Application”) (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Platform”) are owned and operated by JOYLANE INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at Flat No. 16, Vyankatesh Park, Sawarkar Nagar, Gangapur Road, Nashik - 422013 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

  • We access photos/videos from your device only when you choose to upload images or videos.
  • We collect notification tokens to send order updates and important alerts.
  • We do not access your camera at all.

  • Customer support and grievance redressal
  • Improving user experience and app performance

Users may request deletion of their account at any time.
Procedure:

  • Send an email from your registered email address to: connect@joylane.in
  • Subject: Account Deletion Request
  • Add your registered mobile number and username on Joylane in the email

Timeline:

  • Requests are processed within 7-14 business days.
  • Upon deletion:
    • Your account access will be permanently disabled
    • Personal data will be removed or anonymized, except data required to be retained by law

8. Security Practices

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect user data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no system is completely secure, and we do not guarantee absolute security of information transmitted or stored on the Platform.

9. Family-Friendly Content Commitment

Although access is restricted to users aged 18 and above:

12. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
